Ryan Gray, esteemed Founder and Director of Gray Finance & Private Wealth, stands as a distinguished figure in the banking and financial realm. Ryan embarked on his financial journey 16 years ago at Nike as a State Account Manager, later transitioning into pivotal Senior Lending/Relationship Management roles and Private Bank positions at one of Australia’s leading banks, spanning multiple states over 13 years. 

Armed with a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance and a diploma of finance and mortgage brokering management , Ryan’s passion for the industry culminated in the establishment of Gray Finance & Private Wealth, a testament to his vision of empowering clients to realise their financial aspirations through tailored lending solutions.

Beyond the boardroom, Ryan finds solace surfing the points of Noosa or unwinding at his beloved Bondi Beach when in Sydney or Cottesloe on the West Coast. With history in national swimming and surf lifesaving, as well as a deep-rooted interest in Rugby League, Ryan’s zest for sports is evident. Yet, it is his profound commitment to community engagement that truly defines him. Proudly woven into the fabric of Gray DNA, Ryan’s philanthropic endeavors extend to youth sponsorship, mentorship, and board positions supporting start-up youth development initiatives in sports and finance alike.
